  Every single item we ship is deeply clean, sanitize, and restored during its listing process duration if we received the shoes damaged, missing laces, broken straps, heel tabs scratches etc we only refund a 50% of its original value to restored the shoes to their previously state to guarantee great condition of the shoes. if the order is 4 items and you return 2, you will get back 50% of the shipping cost.
