HOW TO RETURN ITEMS?
At Peggy shoes, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order from the start to the end. In order to keep our low prices, discounts and offers, we offer 15 days of return policy after receiving your order to decide if you want to keep or return your items. Returned items are only process thru RMA will be credited back to you for the full amount of the purchase price in the refund or store credit methods. RESTOCKING FEE
Every single item we ship is deeply clean, sanitize, and restored during its listing process duration if we received the shoes damaged, missing laces, broken straps, heel tabs scratches etc we only refund a 50% of its original value to restored the shoes to their previously state to guarantee great condition of the shoes. if the order is 4 items and you return 2, you will get back 50% of the shipping cost. -
SHIPPING RETURNS
Please do not attempt to return or exchange any merchandise without an RMA. All packages will be discarded.
SHIP YOUR RETURN
When your return request is accepted, We will email you a UPS Return Label to ship the item back to us. You’ll also receive a date by which you should ship the item back. You can find this date in the details of your return request which will be sent to your Messages with the subject "Send the item back". If you don't ship the return by that date, we may close the request and you will not receive a refund.
When you send your item back make sure a tracking number and SKU # is added to your return request to avoid delays or issues in the refund process.
If you return the item used, damaged, missing parts, or damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we may deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
